IntegriFACTS is an independent internet platform for designing and administering personal background and bio-data questionnaires for pre-employment job candidates.
InegriFacts has 4 primary layers:
- Personal questionnaires - A user-friendly background questionnaire that is completed by job candidates at either the organizations' offices or remotely from home.
- BioData Analyzer (BDA) - The data provided by the candidate is analyzed online and presented to an authorized manager. The BDA identifies discrepancies, gaps, past job patterns, and "personal fit" to custom defined criteria. The analyzed questionnaire is then presented to the recruiter with narrative and graphic remarks, alert flags, and in-depth follow up questions.
- Interviewer appraisal reports- Using the analyzed questionnaire, the recruiter interviews the candidate and records his or her findings, appraisal ratings, and overall conclusions.
- 4. Documents and addendums- Photos and relevant documents (references, diplomas, and certificates) can be attached to the candidate's file.
