Founded by the I. Horowitz Institute for Polygraph and Forensic Sciences
1977 - Mr. Ishayau Horowitz establishes the first polygraph institute in Israel serving international firms.
1980 - Introduces polygraph examinations as part of pre-employment occupational test batteries.
1985 - Initial development of the integrity and honesty questionnaire for screening candidates - paper and pencil version.
1989 - IntegriTEST- The first computerized version of the integrity and honesty questionnaire.
1992 - TRUSTEE - The first periodic integrity and work ethics evaluation for current employees - paper and pencil version.
1997 - Publication of a long term validity research of Midot evaluations vs. concurrent polygraph pre-employment examination results.
1999 - Midot Computerized Integrity Diagnostic Systems is established as a global company.
2000 - Multilingual version of Midot Integritest is launched in 11 languages with algorithms adapted to local populations.
2002 - Launch of web based multilingual version of TRUSTEE for the periodic integrity and work ethics evaluation of current employees.
2004 - The development of ProEthic View - personnel risk survey.
2005 - Version 5.6 of Midot IntegriTEST incorporated with web-based occupational assessments via partner institutions.
2006 - Launch of IntegriFACTS Background Assessment System - Internet platform for personal questionnaires and background investigations.
2007 - Midot's IntegriTEST is used in 24 countries, and is available in 12 languages.
2009 - Midot has founded a subsidiary company in Mexico
